It is our ambition to pass on our passion, skills and vision of the future to those who will be its protagonists: the young professionals of tomorrow. For this reason we pay great attention to selecting passionate and highly motivated trainees, to their training and professional growth. Our training programme, lasting eighteen months, is divided into semesters. At the end of each semester we assess whether a trainee is a suitable match for our firm and can continue his or her training with us. During the training contract trainees are exposed to both non-contentious and contentious legal work under the guidance of senior lawyers and in any case under the responsibility of one of the Firm's associates.
