Luca Geninatti Satè is full professor of Public Law and is currently associate Professor of the same subject at the University of Eastern Piedmont, where he has also been lecturing on Administrative Law. He has an extensive and significant professional, academic and institutional experience in the fields of administrative law, with particular regard to public procurements (also with reference to contracts and governance), environmental law, energy law and urban planning law.

Luca Geninatti Satè is Author of numerous publications in particular on public contracts and public procurement. From 2005 to 2006 he was a member of the Coordination Group of the Ministerial Commission set up at the Ministry of the Environment and Land Protection for the implementation of the delegated law for the reform of environmental law, providing direct contribution to the drafting of the legislative decree n. 152/2006 (Environmental Code).

From 2007 to 2010 he has been the Head of the Legal Area of the Scuola Superiore Ambiente Territorio e Management at the University of Perugia. In 2012 he worked as an Expert of the Minister of Health.

From 2012 to 2013 he has been the representative of the Minister for Regional Affairs in the Joint Commission for the Aosta Valley Region.
